- About Pre-Order Process
- Pay the deposit payment. >> The deposit payment orders don’t need to add the shipping information.
- Waiting the studios finished. >> We will update the progress synchronously with the studios.
- Pay the rest payment. >> When the studios need to pay the rest payment, we will email to you to complete the rest payment.
- Pay the shipping fee. >> When the statues ready to ship, we will email to you to pay the shipping fee.
- We ship it and give you the tracking number. >> After you pay the shipping fee and we shipped it, we will give you the tracking number.

- About Payment
- All our price don’t include customs charges or other taxes, you may need to contact your local customs office. But for European Union buyers, we can ship with 100% NO customs charges shipping, EU buyers need to email us first to use that.
- For the pre order products, The deposit payment and rest payment don’t include shipping fee. The shipping fee need to pay when the statues ready to ship.
- For the in stock products, You will see the shipping fee payment option on the checkout page.
- If you need payment plan, we can provide payment plan in 3 times and 3 months to pay the full payment, please email us first.
- About Shipping
- The orders will be shipped in 3~5 days when it is ready.
- We provide Standard Shipping; Fast Shipping & Economy Shipping, The shipping time and price are different.
- Default use Standard shipping. To most countries about 2~6 weeks arrived.
- Please confirm the shipping address is correct when you order.
- About Return/Refund
- For in stock products, you can request to refund payment in 3 days after you paid. After shipped, we can’t accept to refund.
- For pre order products, you can request to refund payment in 7 days after you paid the deposit payment. If more than 7 days, We can’t accept to refund.
- If the statue broken when you received, Please take photos and email us first time. we will help you to contact the studios to ship new parts to you.
- In very few cases, if the packages finally lost, we will contact the studios to shipping new one to you, or give you full payment refund.
- Because of the resin statues all made and painted by hand, So the studios can’t promise 100% perfect.
- If you want 100% perfect, Just please check everything carefully before you order.
